LIGHTNER METHOD &
LANGUAGE OF WHOLENESS
With a background in movement and dance, Lightner works with many
individuals who express experiencing pain or strain and helps them to
understand that often there is nothing "wrong" rather, we often struggle
to recognize pain and strain as signs from our system communicating to
us. Language of Wholeness focuses on one's understanding/interpretation of how the human system works in comparison to the reality of how the system works. Our current understanding, (conscious or not) acts as our
operating system. Lightner's work is heavily inter-related with LearningMethods with a more encircling focus on movement in arts context (dancing, singing, conducting, and more).

Together, Moir and Lightner have created the Centre for Sound Music Education. A not for profit organization that provides artistic and educational opportunities, as well as resources that empower students and educators (CSME, 2018). While my website does not focus on their organization, it is also a great resource for those looking for opportunities to engage in this area of work.
